Our Testimonials

In the middle of my master bath remodel, I decided that a dream master bath could not go with 1960's paneling in the master bedroom-- so dremodeling and I entered into a separate contract for the master bedroom. The same fine workmen who were remodeling the bath then added this project. They paid attention to detail and were caring about how things looked. The paint that I chose for the entire master bedroom was a much stronger color than I intended and dremodeling let me choose a lighter color at no extra expense to me. The workmen were smart in that they used the too strong color for the primer and it let me see that it was overpowering. The heating & ac added was a Mitsubishi wallmount for which I am very pleased. It was done by an outside contractor hired by dRemodeling -- and the workers were professional and did a wonderful job with their installation. My only disappointment with both projects was the cabinetmaker who made the custom bath vanity and custom recessed medicine cabinet. Dave cut corners at every possibility--the vanity is adequate but does not have as good a quality as would be expected from custom-made. The matching recessed medicine cabinet was not acceptable at all given that it had more wood than mirror -- causing me to try to find a ready-made recessed medicine cabinet at the 11th hour. I did find one that I am very pleased with but it caused some necessary wall re-make as it was larger than the original intended space for the custom cabinet. Over all, my experience with dremodeling was a very positive one. I find Dan Dragomir of dRemodeling and his crew to be honest and good people who are caring and upstanding young men who do great work and who want you to have what you wanted and will do this and stay within the contracted amount.

Related Project: Transitional Marble Bathroom Remodel

This 1920s townhouse located near the Philadelphia Art Museum was practically begging for a bathroom remodel. Originally furnished with a small, plastic shower and a mismatched material palette, this bathroom now boasts a spacious walk-in shower and beautiful custom gray cabinetry, with resplendent marble throughout. Even though there is only one window, the sunlight washes over the space in a wonderful balance that would brighten anyone’s morning routine.  Hexagonal tile and stainless steel hardware bring a modern touch to this otherwise timeless gray and white design and build project. Thanks to dRemodeling, the new space accurately reflects the owners’ personalities and is, without a doubt, a space to be proud of.
