Our Testimonials

:Overall it went very well.  There are five things that I really appreciated about them: 1-Their on staff designer was very helpful in helping me think through my options and suggesting ideas based on my desires for the space.  She was also really good about me changing gears half way through, and didn't seem annoyed at all-even though she had already invested a lot of time and effort.  She was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice! 2-Once they started the project, they came every day and worked full days until the project was complete.  I felt that they were making my project a priority, and was very grateful they weren't like some contractors who juggle so many projects that they start your project and then don't return for several days.   3-They really did a good job.  I am a meticulous person, but I did not once have to ask them to redo anything because it looked sloppy. 4-They did a very reasonable job of cleaning up the job site and hauled away all the debris and packaging materials. They also vacuumed.   5-They were responsive to my daily questions via email.  Usually I'd get a response from  Dan, the owner, within a few hours or a day. There are two minor things I did not appreciate about them: 1-The workmen who came were courteous, friendly, and professional, but do not speak English fluently.  At times this was a little frustrating.  However, the fact that Dan was responsive to my emails compensated for this lack. 2-A few times Dan's emails to me came across as curt, defensive, and slightly argumentative.  But I let it pass, and in the end it all worked out.

Related Project: Transitional Marble Bathroom Remodel

This 1920s townhouse located near the Philadelphia Art Museum was practically begging for a bathroom remodel. Originally furnished with a small, plastic shower and a mismatched material palette, this bathroom now boasts a spacious walk-in shower and beautiful custom gray cabinetry, with resplendent marble throughout. Even though there is only one window, the sunlight washes over the space in a wonderful balance that would brighten anyone’s morning routine.  Hexagonal tile and stainless steel hardware bring a modern touch to this otherwise timeless gray and white design and build project. Thanks to dRemodeling, the new space accurately reflects the owners’ personalities and is, without a doubt, a space to be proud of.
